§ 1
General provisions

  1. These Regulations set out the rules for the use of vehicles and the provision of delivery services by the application courier (supplier), hereinafter referred to as “Courier”.
  2. The courier undertakes to comply with the provisions of these Regulations, the law, in particular traffic regulations, as well as the rules of health and safety.

§ 2
Formal and technical requirements for vehicles and personal transportation devices or mobility aids

  1. Any vehicle or equipment used in the courier business must comply with applicable laws, in particular, with regard to the approval of traffic and technical requirements: a) Bicycle – a vehicle up to 0.9 m wide, moved by muscle power; electric assistance of up to 48 V and 250 W is allowed, with fading of assistance after exceeding 25 km/h.
    Bicycle equipment:
    – white or yellow selective headlight,
    – red reflective taillight (not triangle) and red tail light,
    – turn signals (if you can not signal by hand),
    – at least one brake,
    – bell or other warning signal with a shrill sound. b) Moped – electric propulsion above 48 V, power above 250 W, speed above 25 km/h or gas handle. Requirements:
    – vehicle registration and license plate,
    – mandatory third-party liability insurance,
    – appropriate driver’s license.
  2. The courier must have the authorizations, documents and insurances required by applicable regulations, including the Traffic Law and the Law on Compulsory Insurance.

§ 3
Vehicle use rules

  1. It is forbidden to modify the vehicle, to interfere with the design, software and technical parameters, in particular to increase performance.
  2. It is illegal to change the limit of electric assistance on a bicycle.
  3. The courier has been trained in the operation of the fleet vehicle and undertakes to use it safely.
  4. The courier reports defects and takes care of the technical condition and cleanliness of the vehicle.

§ 4
Safety and traffic

  1. The courier obeys traffic regulations and exercises caution.
  2. Uses bicycle infrastructure if it is available and appropriate for the vehicle.
  3. It gives priority to pedestrians, including at crossings located within the bicycle infrastructure.
  4. For safety, he should use a safety helmet, reflective clothing, a rear-view mirror and, after dark, a reflective band on his arm to signal a turn.
  5. The vehicle shall park only in places designated for this purpose.

§ 5
Delivery terms

  1. Courier safety and compliance with the law always take precedence over turnaround time.
  2. Orders can only be transported in a suitably adapted thermal backpack.
  3. The courier takes care of personal hygiene and cleaning and disinfecting the backpack.
  4. It is forbidden to misappropriate, steal or damage products.
  5. Food must not be transported in a way that jeopardizes its freshness, safety or quality.

§ 6
Liability

  1. The courier is fully responsible for compliance with the Rules and Regulations and applicable regulations.
  2. The Courier acknowledges that the consequences of violations of the law or the Rules are charged to the full extent of the Courier.
