Unfortunately, often happens that photos of added documents have to be rejected because they do not meet the technical requirements. Therefore, to avoid such a situation, we list what you need to pay attention to in order for the document added in the system to be accepted and when it will be rejected:
Photos will be rejected if:
- They are black and white
- They have even a millimeter of corner or edge cut off
- They have data obscured
- They have incorrect data
It’s best to upload a clear photo where the document is fully visible!
