We know that for most people the most important question is simply:
“When do I get the transfer?” π
That’s why we’ve prepared a short guide that explains how billing works, when we process payouts and what to do to get your money to you as quickly as possible.
When do we implement settlements?
Normally, we process transfers on Mondays after 12:00 pm.
In some situations, we can also make the payment on other days of the week – especially if you notify us in advance of the need for faster settlement.
In practice, lead time also depends on:
- bank posting hours,
- The moment funds are received from the application,
- The correctness of documents and data for settlement,
- current account status.
How does cashout / fast withdrawal work?
A faster settlement (cashout) option is available for some applications and partners.
This means that:
- You don’t always have to wait until the main settlement day,
- The funds can be paid out earlier,
- The system automatically checks whether your account is eligible for a fast payout.
The ability to use cashout depends on, among other things:
- active contract,
- account status,
- current balance,
- The applications you use,
- previous settlements and any arrears.
π‘ If the quick withdrawal option is available – you will see it directly in the user panel.
What time do the transfers arrive?
It mainly depends on the bank.
Mostly:
- PKO BP – funds often appear virtually immediately,
- other banks – the transfer usually arrives the same day or the next business day.
We usually process transfers by the afternoon hours on weekdays.
What can delay payment?
Fortunately, this happens rarely π
However, if the payment is delayed, the most common reason is one of the following situations:
β No active contract
In order for us to process the payment, you must have a signed contract.
β Incomplete or erroneous data
For example, an incorrect bank account number or lack of required documents.
β Debt or unsettled cash
If your account shows an outstanding balance from previous settlements, the system may temporarily stop the transfer.
β Minimum settlement threshold
Some settlements are made only after the minimum amount is exceeded.
β Holidays and weekends
Banks do not post transfers as they do on business days, so processing times may increase.
How to speed up the receipt of money?
A few simple things really make a difference π
β Sign all required contracts
Without an active contract, the system may automatically block the possibility of withdrawal.
β Report settlements regularly
The sooner you submit a settlement, the faster we can process it.
β Check bank details
Typo in account number = transfer problem π
β Keep an eye on documents and paperwork
Up-to-date data = less additional verification.
Can I check the status of my withdrawal?
Yes π
In the user panel you can check on an ongoing basis:
- settlement status,
- amount to be paid,
- history of previous settlements,
- Information on any problems that require attention.
The bottom line: take it easy π
The vast majority of settlements are carried out on time and completely automatically.
However, if something requires additional verification – just let us know, and we will help clarify the situation as quickly as possible.
