What is the difference between cash advances and cash collect?
The billing period is 2 weeks, from Monday to Sunday. During this time, you can receive information from Glovo that you can keep some of the money in the form of an advance.
Let’s assume that on the last day of the billing period you have PLN 150 remaining to be paid.
Glovo settlement is on Wednesday, so if you are working on a Monday or Tuesday or you still have a cash balance, Glovo may ask you to pay this money for itself. They will be deducted from the PLN 150 left to be transferred. If this amount is greater than the amount remaining to be transferred, Glovo will not send us, as your partner, any money for settlement.
