Sign up for the schedule (Staffomatic app) to receive orders
Sign in 5 minutes before the start of your shift in the zone where you signed in
When you receive the order, accept it by clicking on the button at the bottom of the screen (you can also set the auto – acceptance option by clicking on the “man” and checking “automatic acceptance of deliveries”)
When you are at the pickup point, click delivery at the bottom of the screen, then go into the details of your order using the arrow on the right and show the restaurant employee your delivery information.
Once the order has been received, mark it as received by clicking on the square next to the order number followed by “Task completed” at the bottom of the screen.
Deliver the order to the customer – remember to accept payment if needed.
When you deliver the order, immediately mark it as delivered.
