1. Receipt of order
When a new order appears in the app, accept it. Once accepted, you will see the details of the restaurant or store and the delivery address.
2. Receipt of order
Go to the pickup point and provide your order number. After picking up your order, confirm the pickup in the app.
3. Delivery to customer
After receiving the order, the app will show the customer’s address and delivery route. Deliver the order to the indicated address.
4. Completion of the order
Once the order has been delivered to the customer, mark the delivery as completed in the Stuart app.
Important information
- If you have problems with pickup or delivery, contact Stuart support.
- Do not cancel orders without first contacting support.
- Make sure you have internet access and location enabled.
