When do we update the data?


All income is updated Monday 9:00 am to Wednesday 10:00 am for the entire previous week, so if you don’t see your income in our app then you’re fine.


All invoices you sent in the form of a scan are updated several times a week, the deadline for sending invoices to be settled in the Wednesday statement is Tuesday till 12:00 18:00. All others will be carried over to the following week. The costs of the fuel cards are updated on Tuesday evening.
